How To Renew Your Service Plan

App Push Notification & Notice:

The AVAS mobile app will send you a push notification (30) thirty days prior to to your expiration date, prompting you to renew your service within the app. There will also be a red notice banner across the top of your account once your device expires, prompting you to renew your service through the AVAS renewal store. 

Email Notifications:

You will receive multiple automated emails up to (2) two months prior to your accounts expiration date prompting you to renew your service through the AVAS renewal store.

Please Note:

You have up to (30) thirty days after the expiration date to renew your service or the device within your vehicle may no longer work.
