AVAS does not share, sell or provide access to third-parties and adheres to all safeguard privacy protection laws and regulations. Our platform is designed to protect all parties, including the dealer and their customers.

Our product and services are all inclusive. You will receive access to all features our platform has to offer. This includes up to 1 year of inventory management and 5 years of service to your customers all for one price. No. Wire cutting can void the OEM warranty. We offer pass-through harnesses that plug directly into the vehicle OBD2 port requiring only power and ground. The harness leaves the port open from obstruction so you can still diagnose the vehicle. The hardware only requires power and ground and it does not communicate with the vehicle’s ECU. This avoids any potential communication errors with the vehicle’s on-board computer system and avoids killing the vehicle’s battery.

The AVAS system will draw about 74mA @12V when actively reporting. When the vehicle’s ignition is off, it will go into hibernation mode and draw <400uA @12V. The AVAS system is designed to ensure the longevity of the vehicle’s battery and ensure it doesn’t kill car batteries, especially if the vehicle sits for long periods of time.
